Generally, items are shipped within 2 days from receipt of order but at times there are shortages and we will advise you when you can expects delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: You are able to return the product within 7 days if it doesn't meet your expectations. You pay return shipping and will get a full refund or replacement. If one of the watches doesn't work, return it within 7 days for full refund or replacement. All you pay is shipping. After 7 days of receipt and up to 30 days, if the product stops working, return the product for replacement at a cost of $5 plus shipping.
